Tom founded Perch Mobility in 2018. After helping his daughter charge electric scooters in Santa Monica, CA, he recognized the need for sustainable new mobility charging infrastructure and the opportunity created by having a safe, secure place to charge for all members of the community.

Prior to Perch, Tom advised early-stage founders, launched his own start-ups, and was an early member of the Southern California angel network. His career began in corporate finance at Security Pacific Merchant Bank. A proud father of three, he has a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
