Specific expertise includes hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), Electromagnetic Transient Analysis (PSCAD, RTDS), Power Systems Analysis (PSLF, PSS/E, PowerFactory), and Microgrids (design, deployment, IEEE 2030.7 and 2030.8 standards).
Served as technical lead and managed projects (>$12M) from federal and state funding agencies including DOE, California Energy Commission (CEC), Idaho National Laboratory (INL), etc.
