Ted joined SEPA in June 2022, overseeing the growing body of work focused on the analytics of grid conditions and control of distributed energy resources whether in front of the meter or behind the meter. Ted has 15+ years of experience working for a vertically integrated utility, most recently directing renewable energy, energy efficiency, and electric vehicle programs.

He has a bachelor of science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Arizona, and a master's in business administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
