Scott is a seasoned program manager and operational excellence leader with over 12 years of experience as a cybersecurity practitioner. He specializes in evaluating critical infrastructure and identifying business development needs, ensuring the application of secure and safe principles within the Energy & Utility, Generation, and Consumer & Industrial Product industries.
Scott possesses a focused understanding of strategic cybersecurity and cyber resilience, making him a results-oriented professional skilled in strategic planning, project management, process optimization, team building, and project information analysis. Throughout his career, he has served fifteen different Energy & Utility companies in various capacities, excelling in program management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, nuclear regulatory commission (NRC) audit inspections, NERC CIP audit readiness, and cyber resilience functions.
Mr. Crider is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to strategize and implement industry-leading security frameworks and standards (i.e., ANSI/ISA, API, C2M2, CIS 20CSC, ISO, NEI, NERC CIP, NIST, NRC Rule CFR 73:54; 55; and 56, & TSA Security Directives). His goal is to advise clients on right-sized security target operating models, enhance security maturities, and strengthen overall security postures.
