As Director of Customer Experience at Fluence, Erin leads Fluence's global Customer Advisory Board program and voice of the customer strategy. Before joining Fluence, she held multiple roles at AARP, leading their Net Promoter System and Journey Management programs. Erin holds and BA from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from the University of Maryland, and currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband and two sons.
