Jennifer Hershman has over 30 years of experience in commercial building and utility scale solar industry. For the last six years, she has served as the Director of Community Relations at SOLV Energy where she works to engage and support internal team member philanthropic goals and to partner with core non-profit organizations within the communities where SOLV Energy builds and maintains solar utility scale power plants across the United States.
Prior to joining SOLV Energy, Jennifer worked in the Utility Solar, Commercial Construction and Development Industry. Her experience focused on land and building acquisitions, managing related design and construction for mid to high rise construction and pre-construction and engineering for utility scale solar power plants.

Jennifer earned a certificate in Construction Management from SDSU and is a LEED AP. She is currently working on her Professional Certificate in Corporate Citizenship from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She is also a member of SEIA (Solar Energy Industry Association).
A native San Diegan Jennifer lives in Coronado with her husband, daughter, and loveable lab Roxy. I enjoy traveling, reading, and gardening. As a family we are also very active in competitive ocean sailing.
