Brian A. Ewing has held many positions during his four decades in commercial design, procurement, and construction. For the past 20-years at SOLV Energy (formerly Swinerton Renewable Energy), Brian has performed multiple roles as a utility-scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor. He serves as one of SOLV’s license qualifiers for multiple state licenses, and maintains certification as a NABCEP PV installation professional, BCSP safety trained supervisor, NFPA certified electrical safety technician, and LEED AP certification. In his current capacity, Brian manages SOLV's EPC contract development / execution and risk assessment.
With the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, Brian has assisted in the development / integration of SOLV's apprenticeship program and compliance group, to ensure successful achievement of PWA requirements for projects choosing to utilize credits available under the IRA.
Brian participates in several industry committees for SEIA, SEAC and NREL, including SEIA’s codes & standards working group, the IRA Implementation task force and material traceability standards technical committee.
