Buck Endemann’s experience includes more than 15 years assisting clients on power and renewable energy development matters. He is a transactional and regulatory lawyer grounded in the federal, state, and local programs and private incentives driving the energy transition.
Buck provides comprehensive commercial counseling on energy, storage, hydrogen, renewable natural gas (RNG), carbon capture and storage, and remediation projects, and regularly advises clients on environmental and land-use issues. He also helps clients evaluate and achieve their sustainability goals, including carbon offset, supply chain, and emissions reduction projects. Buck is an authority on the federal Renewable Fuel Standard and California's Low Carbon Fuel Standard. He has particular knowledge before the California Public Utilities Commission and counsels clients on California Independent System Operator (CAISO) issues.
