Doctor TOURE Minayégnan, Ing. PhD, Arts et Métiers (CNAM Paris) and Doctor Polytechnique (INP-HB Yamoussoukro), born February 4, 1970 in Katiola (Côte d'Ivoire), is currently the Central Director in charge of Planning, Engineering and Product Quality of the Ivorian Electricity Company (CIE). Having previously held the positions of Central Director in charge of Networks, Engineering and Works, Advisor to the Director General of CIE with the rank of Central Director and Secretary General of SMART ENERGY, a subsidiary of CIE and the ERANOVE Group.
An engineer in energy engineering, he is a graduate of the Institut National Polytechnique Houphouët Boigny in Ivory Coast and holds an Executive MBA from the British Institute of Technology. He is also an AFNOR (France) certified Expert in Energy Efficiency of industrial processes and buildings and an Expert in Renewable Energy.
He also holds a doctorate in energy engineering specializing in renewable energies, prepared at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers de Paris (Cnam). His work focused on “accelerating rural electrification via renewable energies”. He also held several managerial positions for more than twenty years within the CIE, notably as regional director, operations director and director of foresight and development of CIE, before being appointed director of SMART ENERGY operations. In these different positions he participated, in a major way, in improving performance indicators and building the motivational dynamic of the teams under his responsibility to achieve operational objectives through innovation and decision-making. initiatives.
He was also the professional referent (expert) at the CIE Electricity Trades Center, where he was responsible for the development of educational activities relating to energy efficiency, energy from renewable sources, industrial refrigeration, climate engineering and home automation.
