During RE+ 2023, Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) invite solar and clean energy companies to gather at our Apprenticeship Power Hour in order to connect with organizations and experts that can support your company in meeting the Inflation Reduction Act's Registered Apprenticeship requirements.
Following the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) in 2022, which includes tax incentives for solar projects above 1 MW in size that meet prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements, Registered Apprenticeship Programs are rapidly becoming a crucial tool to supporting a robust and rapidly expanding solar and clean energy workforce.
Join us at this event to network with representatives of organizations that can support your company in joining an apprenticeship program, launching an employer-sponsored apprenticeship program, or expanding the candidate pool for apprenticeship programs.
The format of this event will be open networking, with each of the organizations below having a designated table. Attendees may choose which organizations they would like to speak with throughout this event.
